The message claimed that 34 "human bombs" loaded with a total of 400 kg of RDX explosive had been placed in vehicles across the city with the intention of triggering a large-scale blast. The sender also claimed affiliation with a group calling itself ‘Lashkar-e-Jihadi’ and alleged that 14 Pakistani terrorists had already infiltrated India to execute this plan.
