Some people are  well disturbed with their life  due to fake friends,  family issues or press, work load and many others things . That people can't handle it and didn't share the  things with other. 
And the many wrong  things get started roaming in their mind. So In that case If can't share that thing to any one, so dont be worried it. Be clam and take a deep breath. 


  3 Things that we can  do for our daily use ÷


1) Meditation 

Meditation It  very good for health and life. Meditation help to development in thought
 and feeling to confess  with other without judgement.  It also help in the concentration
in things. This can lead to reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of well-being.   





2) write a dairy

Write one page on the daily basis .If you can't share your personal things and thought to other so  write a one or two daily about it. 





3) help others people 

Help other like poor small kid or old men or women. It helps  you to feel good or happy that you are a good person not like everyone. 


  Be health &  be safe for your happy family.
